If disrespect is what you are looking for, then go for it and use them. I reported the problem by phone and sent some pictures at the same time so they know what they did. I had to PROVE to Trustpilot (don't really know if it is THAT trustworthy) that I bought and that I had problems with it. I did a much smaller review about them on Trustpilot and they rejected as being a NOT RECOGNISED PURCHASE (?). Notice that in any instance the problem was from my part: I order the right color, the right size, the right product, I paid on time (before receiving it) but I was the one who ended up losing - 20 pounds in this case. I have rights as a customer and I'll use it against them, now. I felt forced to accept and unboxed product (when they sell it as new) because I could not accept their condition. Well, so now I had a product in my hand, NO USE for it, and I should choose one day (business hour) in my week to STAY AT HOME and wait for them to come and collect it to receive one with a good package (?). I called them to report the disrespect and see what they could do and I was offered a replacement but I should choose a day in a week for someone to come and collect the other one. I bought it online because I did not have time to go to the store and I thought I could trust Homescape to deliver a NEW, PACKED item, not something that looked like was taken from under a pile of rubbish. I don't think this company cares or respect customers experience. When it arrived the outside of the parcel was intact so that's why I know it wasn't during transport that an "accident" happen. They deliberately choose a package falling apart and decided to dispatch to me. I bought a bedding sheet to a friend as a gift but I couldn't give.
